Hiding keyboard is not working in test recording & playing tests

I use function “Hide keyboard” while recording & playing tests in Katalon, but keyboard is not hiding. Tests wrote on Android 6.0.1, device OnePlus X

I have the same problem on an iPad. The Action word “Hide Keyboard” doesn’t work. Nothing happens.
Any Idea with this problem?
OSX 10.14.5
Xcode Version: 10.3
Katalon Studio: 6.3.3
iOS Version: 12.4
