Getting error when launch Katalon

I am using Katalon version 7.6.2.
When ever I open the katalon tool I am getting the below seen error.

Pls help to solve the issue

I download katalon7.6.6 from the katalon.com and tried to extract.
Getting the below seen error

I downloaded again and issue is solved.

Hi Team,

I am getting the same error every time I launch it for the very first time. I tried downloading the new version as well but gets the same error. Kindly advise.
