Im trying to download Katalon Studio Free to try the platform but Im finding the following error during the installation (denied access):
How can I fix that so I can finish the download and use Katalon?

Could you give us the content in the installation log here:
Besides, you can try to delete the “packages” folder under “%userprofile%/.katalon” folder and then try again. Thanks!

Hello,
I’ve tried deleting the “packages” folder under .katalon folder, but I’m still having trouble downloading Katalon (the same error keeps occuring).
Above you can find two prints: the installation log and the packages folder.
