I want to ask, can Katalon perform file uploads and create an executable? I need that executable to run on another computer without having to install the Katalon Studio application.

Dude, why not just create a standalone executable with Groovy + IntelliJ IDEA?
Katalon is a standalone testing tool developped on top of various tehcnologies.
But it is not a development framework.
