Caused by: org.eclipse.core.internal.dtree.ObjectNotFoundException: Tree element ‘/C%%Users%HP15%Katalon Studio%Duty Refunds%Duty Refunds.prj/Test Cases/GmailLogin.tc’ not found.

at org.eclipse.core.internal.dtree.NoDataDeltaNode.asBackwardDelta(NoDataDeltaNode.java:63)

Can you delete this 0.snap file and try again? Its location is: <Katalon_Studio_installed_folder>\config.metadata.plugins\org.eclipse.core.resources\0.snap

if you are using an updated katalon version then your katalon installation location will be
C:\Users\your system profile.katalon\packages
