Email Invite - Not Recieved

Description: I am attempting to send out invitations to multiple users to become part of my Katalon Analytics Team. Users are being held in the “Invited Users” section until the user accepts the invitation email.

Observed Result: No email messages are being sent out from Katalon Analytics or are being received by the users. The user’s spam folders have been thoroughly searched through & have tried to receive message from multiple email accounts i.e. gmail/yahoo.

Katalon Analytics is working normally on my side, emails are being sent and received. I have logged this issue and will let the development know for the further look into your account.
In the meantime, please send me a private message with the list of invited emails. It will help the team troubleshoot the issue faster.
