Unable to receive email using MS Team Channel Email in sending Katalon Report

I am unable to receive the Katalon Email Report when sending to MS Team Channel Email

May I ask if you are one of our paid customers? If so, then you can contact our Product Support team via the methods below:

  • [For both our paid & free users] Send an email to: support@katalon.com

Can you check if it goes to the spam or not? You can still receive email in your Gmail, but not in .ms mail, right?
