Beyond his ongoing community contributions, Monty has also hosted insightful webinars and served as a mentor in automation testing, generously sharing real-world experience and guiding others on their learning journeys. 
Among many outstanding contributors, @Monty_Bagati truly stood out. His dedication and willingness to share insights have made a real impact on the community.

What inspired you to start creating and sharing content in the Katalon Community?
“I started sharing because I often ran into challenges myself and realized others were likely facing the same issues. Writing posts and replies helped me organize my own thinking while hopefully making things easier for someone else.”
What types of topics do you enjoy contributing to the most?
“I enjoy working on practical automation challenges — things that people deal with in their day-to-day work, like framework design, debugging flaky tests, and improving test reliability.”
How has being active in the community helped you grow professionally?
“The discussions push me to think more deeply about problems and explore different approaches. Explaining solutions to others has helped strengthen my own understanding and broaden my perspective.”
What advice would you give to members who want to become more active contributors?
“Start small and don’t overthink it. Share what you’ve learned from your own experience, even if it feels basic. Chances are, it’ll help someone else.”
What does being named Creator of the Year mean to you?
“It’s really encouraging and motivating. I see it as recognition of the value of sharing and learning together, and it inspires me to keep contributing and supporting the community.”
