Can't open katalon

Greeting everyone,

So my friend just updated to the newest version of katalon which is 5.10. But after finish updating, the katalon.exe can’t open. There is no error message appear. Why this problem happen? The katalon is 32 bits btw… Thank You

hi mohammad i to faced the same issue try clearing your temp file datas

Thank for reply. But i tried the method that you suggested and Katalon still can’t be open. I delete the temp file datas from KATALON STUDIO folder. Any other suggestion?
