Can't capture Microsoft login page elements in Katalon

Hello

Am facing an issue regarding capture the Microsoft login elements which is in my case “all the elements in the green box” it appears like an image i can’t capture the email field or send a text to it ?

i have try to use “Mobile.switchToWebView()” but i get the error below

❌ Unable to switch the driver to WEBVIEW mode (Root cause: com.kms.katalon.core.exception.StepFailedException: Cannot find any WEBVIEW to switch to

can anyone help me ?

after i while i figure out if i create Virtual device with 28 google API it works fine
