Can we automate Web application and Mobile combined. I want to run my test case first on mobile and another test cases on web application. Please someone can help me .

Thanks Brian for your earlier reply.
I create mobile test cases using mobile test project and web application test cases using BDD cucumber test project now I want to call mobile and Web UI cases combined can you please help me for this.
