Can KR be used as a team?

Each KR test suite is private. You can download (from within the application) and store it on your local machine. People can and do share their KR tests so that other people can execute them. Not sure if that constitutes team work. You can certainly say that currently teams won’t be able to leverage KR as effectively as KS when it comes to collaborating on developing test automation.

Katalon Recorder was designed primarily for private use. KR shares nothing with others in your team.

Katalon offers other products for teams.

Perhaps you can copy and paste your KR test scripts onto a central drive that your team can copy to their own “private” machine.

In theory, if you’re signed in, you can use this to ‘backup’ your scripts. How ‘shareable’ these backups are then potentially depends on what limitations Katalon imposes there i’m guessing.
