Android - Mobile testing - "Sorry to interrupt" error message

Hello, I am trying mobile testing in katalon through Emulator(Android)

Scenario 1
While creating mobile scenarios in katalon for logging into Mobile through Emulator records are not loading and showing as: “sorry to interrupt” as screen shot, can someone help me on this?

Scenario 2
While creating mobile scenarios in katalon for logging into web application through chrome emulator application is logging as Classic not as lightening and there is no option to move to lightening. Is there an way to move lightening?

Hi,

Can you please help copy/write down the error because the screenshot is blurred? On your scenario 2, sorry but I do not understand what logging as Classic vs logging as Lightening means. Can you please explain more? Thank you!
