so i use katalon for mobile test but i have a case while record mobile the screen katalon is frozen meanwhile the android emulator is running smooth. how do i solve this case??

I have a same problem and the same case but i use with the real device not emulator the device is running smooth. in katalon mobile get all object code get only layout have no widget , even on that screen. Andria now you can fix this problem ?
