When I am trying to record the steps connecting to test environment on my corporate network I get a popup with a message
Cannot connect to Katalon Server. Make sure you have started Recorder on Katalon application.
Helpdesk says that they could open the connection but they need catalon server name and port
Hi I found that I had an incorrect host file set in my Gask Mask; changed it to the right one and its working fine.
Can you describe for the which steps you have done from your side? That error message is displayed when you turn on Record capabilities from add-on without starting Recorder form from Katalon Studio.
