Upload keyword is not working

Hi Team, when I use the upload keyword I am getting “ElementNotInteractableException” exception. Can someone help me out here.

Logs , error trace would be required to help out

Click on Help > Error Log. Do NOT COPY and paste the whole error log because you may have months worth of s??? which we will get bored with and stop trying to assist you. Go through the Error Log and find the date the exception occurred and then copy and paste that here.
