Is there an ETA when the Katalon Docker image will be update from 6.1.3? We are using the existing docker image to perform web testing however we will soon need our tests to run to Safari and IE web browsers. Any feedback is appreciated.

not sure how this will be possible. afaik,safari and ie are not working natively on linux. and … dockerized aps are linux containers in the end,even if it is possible to run it on windows …
you may want to consider remote execution instead,e.g. browserstack
