Unable to upload report to TestOps (Katalon version 7.8.2)

Dear All,

I have recently switched from office to work from home. And found out when I want to upload report from home, Katalon shows message Unable to upload report to TestOps, but previously in office wifi, is working well to upload… Have tried several workaround as other similar posting in forum, but problem persisted. Any help would be much appreciated.

  • Katalon Studio Version: 7.8.2
  • OS Build: 19041.746
    **Window Version: 2004
    **Window Edition: Windows 10 Home Single Language
  • Browser Version: Version 87.0.4280.141 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. After done execute test suite, click to upload report.

  2. Will show message unable to upload report to TestOps.

Expected behavior: Shall able to upload report as previously.

Did you have any proxy configured in your Katalon Studio?

Hi dear, sorry for late inform. The issue has resolved itself when do upgrade version recently.
