Unable to send an Email

Hi,
I am new to KS. Test running successfully and generating reports correctly.
But ,when i try to Email report to gmail with appropriate smtp & Port ,i am getting error saying ‘unable to …’
I have read the available documents and followed exactly (attempted changing to different ports)
I have nothing to read in my config-> logs ?

Hi,

check your FW options, maybe your policy or firewall will prevent to use gmail, or check your gmail options is it allowed to use 3 rd party software’s
