Unable to select Test Cases when Creating a Test Suite

I’m unable to select any test cases when trying to create a new Test Suite. Perhaps this is just a case of not understanding the software. However, reading the docs I got the impression that I should be able to select from a list of available test cases. Am I missing something, or is this a real bug?

Are you still having this issue? I just reproduce with 5.4.2 and no issue here.
