Unable to run an application in katalon that works only when Modify Headers are enabled

Hi , I am trying to automate a web application that run only when modify headers are set in the browser. I am able to create script for this however when executing/ running the script the headers are not active in the execution window and hence test cases are getting failed
Is there any way to add Modify headers in browser instance where katalon is running the application. Please any suggestion in this regard will be of great help
