Hi @pac.chen,

Did you want to test google website on a mobile device. If yes, please install appium v1.8.1 then re-run the test.

Thanks.

#4

Hi @pac.chen,

You need to set Appium folder at Preferences/Katalon/Mobile:

  • If you are using Windows the location should be: C:\Users\{user}\AppData\Roaming\npm\node_modules\appium
  • If you are using macOS the location should be: /usr/local/lib/node_modules/appium

#5

Hi @duyluong

I have set Appium folder at preferences

still…
same erroe message

#6

All good now, I just move the nodw_modules into library. and hola, works perfectly

thank you soo much

#7

Please change to Appium Directory to: “/Users/pac/node_modules/appium”

#8

Thank you very much.
there is another question. Why different object methods(Xpath, attribute, css) will trigger different result?

I use attribute for a login button , then the test case fails and error message is unable to click on object.
however, I changed the method to Xpath. It works

Why?
