I use the AI Assistant to schedule collections, and in most cases the scheduling works correctly by triggering the collection at the configured date and time. However, an issue occurs when the schedule is created from a different time zone, even when the correct date, time, and time zone are explicitly specified.
In my case, scheduling a collection on a USA-based VM from India works as expected. However, when my team member in the USA attempts to create or modify a schedule using her local date and time settings, the collection is triggered immediately instead of being scheduled for the specified time.
I have already raised a ticket with the Katalon development team, and they are currently investigating the issue.
The Katalon development team is currently reviewing this issue. I’m posting it here in the community to check if other users have encountered similar behavior.
