  1. What can I expect from your support? And how fast will you reply?

During your trial you’ll get:

Our reply window is around 16–48 hours, depending on queue volume.

  1. Do I get the Same Access as Enterprise, including all Latest Features?

Yes — during your 30-day trial, you can access to all features of:

That means you get access to all the latest advanced features just like our Enterprise users do.

  1. Any Limitations or Restrictions?

A few to keep in mind:

  • The trial lasts 30 days

  • 1 license - 1 machine at a time

  • 1 account - 1 trial only
