Test Data Value defaulting to Method Call for Value Types.

## Steps to reproduce
1.) Create a test case.
2.) Insert a keyword that would use a Test Data value Type. (sendKeys is one).
3.) Double click in the Input cell.
4.) When the popup appear select Test Data Value in the Value Type.
5.) Click anywhere in the popup to deselect the highlighted cell.
6.) Notice the switch to Method Call.
## Expected Behavior
Test Data Value stays selected.
## Actual Behavior
Method Call is selected instead.
