Support site appears to be down

Hello Katalon,

I am attempting to raise a formal support ticket to ask for my subscription to be cancelled. However, every link I follow to raise a support ticket fails with the text below.

And of course, it asks you to raise a support ticket to let you know the support system is down… which you can’t do as the support system is down.

The docs say I must raise a ticket to cancel my subscription. I am unable to do that.

Could you help us with a couple of details? First, which link are you using to get to the Support Portal? Or if you’re opening it from inside the app, which button did you click — the one in True or in Studio? And if it was from Studio, could you also let us know your app version?

Any updates on your issue, got resolved or still dealing it?
