Start Mobile Recorder - nothing happen

Hi all,

I’m new using Katalon Studio, I want to apps in my Android mobile. I have an apk and already connect my Samsung device to Katalon.

In Mobile Recorder window, when I click Start, pop-up show up and that nothing happen (no error at all). I assume it should be running an application. any idea ? Where do I need to check and make sure ?

Have you prepared a script? Please follow this tutorial to learn how to use Mobile Recorder [Mobile] Create and Run iOS Test Case in Katalon Studio | Katalon Docs. With no log, I just guess you miss something in setting up.
