Scripts are constantly failing due to timeouts etc

We are having issues with katalon that we didn’t have with robot framework.
Running the scripts are constantly failing due to timeouts, mobile app uninstalls in the middle of a test, or just false failures. We spend more time debugging the scripts than actually testing the features and product.

Are others having the same issues? We have paid for licenses, but reserve them for the keyword developers and people that need to debug. Is this stability and reliability and issue with the free version only?

From a test-execution perspective, KS and KSE are identical - so don’t go down the road of wondering if there are issues only common to one or the other.
