[Running via TestCloud] Using katalon studio app to run a test case via testcloud but it's not working when I select MacOS

I see this error when I try to run a test case via testcloud when selecting MacOS from the pop up.

If I select Windows and any browser combination, the run is successful. But if I try it with MacOS with any browser version combination, it’s not working. Any ideas about this? Thank you!

You can open the TestOps page and find the test execution for this case to see the full logs, and you can also view the full video recording of the test execution, which will make it easier to debug your test case.
