Parameters in web request not working

I try to use parameters in my web request and it’s don’t working
Only work in parameters for URL
No working in Header, Body

This works good, but when I try it in another section no work.
May be I need to create it by script, I try, but I want that this works fine here
And please do something with cyrrilic, it’s not recognized. Postman works with it

what i ment was how it looks here:

it’s working normal here, not working within request, i can’t use variable in http header and body, when i use variables in request it’s working normal, i think this is bug
