Need to enter authentication code in middle of Test Case

Hi
For my Test case,

Step:1- Need to enter username in Web UI
Step:2- Need to enter passcode in Web UI
Step:3- Need to enter authentication code ,whereI will get this via SMS to my personal mobile.

Now I am confused how to handle Step 3,Can someone please advise.
