Katalon TestOps is not showing up the test run execution, whenever test suites are triggered from katalon Studio.

Is there any new config introduced?

Testops is not showing the test runs that are in progress.

These are the older records.

whenever the test suites are triggered from Katalon studio, it used to show it in Testops, but now i dont see it happening.
