Is there instructions or existing methods for integrating Katalon with “Testuff”? I see Selenium integrations so I assume it must be possible in Katalon.

Currently, Katalon doesn’t have The Testuff integration feature. We are planing to support it.
After following this link, we will expose the test case result in @TearDown method of every test case and you can use it to send result to your Teststuff server.
