I can't run my test on Jenkins

I faced the issue like this. it stuck like this and I don’t know why I tried to execute every project and all the same. somebody knows why and how to fix this?
By the way, I can run normally by using CMD with the same code above.

Problem solve. just remove -consoleLog.
