I am not able upload a file

I am not able to upload file from desktop,i have tried every single code but nothing is working.
I am just clicking on upload button then window is opening,i have also give the path of the file but the tool is not able to search or upload a file.

I am having the same issue. Upload file works in Chrome,not in firefox. I did try the plugin mentioned, that doesnt seem to do anything.
