How to document added test script and executed result

Hi Team,
I have added steps to my test script and run it successfully. Now I want this execution as a document (In any format like word, pdf) . I don’t find any option on Katalon screen to export as a document. I also checked the execution folder/reports or scripts which show me groovy script file, Could you please help me where/how I can find the executed script and its output as a document that I can show to my manager?
