Our organization has 5+ Katalon Enterprise licenses, and we need guidance regarding user permissions in TestOps.
Our Organization Admin and Owner has full access to Katalon TestOps, but users with the default “Member” role cannot access TestOps and seem to be missing the required license.
Could you please provide clear, step-by-step instructions for an Organization Admin to grant TestOps access to existing members?
I already shared the documentation with him, but his interface looks different from what is shown there, and he was unable to find the required option.

To change the user role, please follow the steps below. I would also like to add that, in order to modify a user’s role in TestOps, the logged-in user must have either the Admin role or be the Owner of the organization.
Go to Katalon TestOps and sign in with an Owner/Admin account.
Click the Settings () icon in the top-right corner.
