Execution is slow in iOS simulator on MacOS

I am running a web app test case in iOS device simulator in MacOS and it is extremely slow compared to Android device (physical) on windows OS.

Is there any setup or settings to be done to improve execution time in iOS simulator on MacOS?

Anyone facing this issue!? need help fixing it!

I am also facing this issue on real iOS device. It takes 10 seconds to execute each step.
