I mean, in my katalon data space, I must have just 3 rows displayed instead of 7.

it’s due to Excel way of storing things in sheets.
even you don’t see any data that does not mean cells are empty there is lot of stuff like formatting and other sh*t left by it.
i suggest to open file in excel, mark lines using numbers on left side of sheet and delete using delete rows feature.
that should delete also leftovers…
and same goes for columns ( i can see markings on your screenshot)
