Error on recording web test case

Hello,

I am trying Record Web, after I click the error button, i got error message(image on link)
I’am using v5.1.0.1

It happens with Chrome and Firefox and IE
What can i do to start recording?

Please double check your localhost file to see if there any incorrect records for 127.0.0.1 ?
