This means the element exists but it is not ready to receive input, or it is obscured by something in front of it. You should try waiting until the element is ready.

There are several different wait statements that you can try depending on what your test is doing at the time, such as:
WebUI.waitForPageLoad(10) // if you are moving to a new page
WebUI.waitForElementVisible(yourTestObject, 10) // if you are waiting for element to appear
WebUI.waitForElementClickable(yourTestObject, 10) // if you are waiting for element to click

Try the last two and see if they help.
