Dynamically define Data Files at Runtime

Is there any way I can define the Data Files at run time during Execution, instead of create the Data Files from the KS. Also, is there anyway we can get the Data Files @ run time?
Eg. Define a global variable with the path of the data files, then during run time, load the data files , at end of the execution, export the data files (assume there is some update to the data files).
