Dropdown menu.Unable to select from a dynamic menu

I have a dropdown menu on a web app. I am able to select it so the drop-down menu options appear, but am unable to select an option from the drop-down menu. It’s dynamic dependent on settings. Thanks for your help

It depends how your dropdown is constructed.
