I’m looking for some advice or help regarding our Katalon license renewal.
Our current licenses are due to expire within the next month, and I’m trying to get an order form prepared in advance, as our internal approval process can take some time.
I reached out to our Customer Success Manager a few weeks ago but haven’t received a response yet.
Has anyone experienced delays with renewal requests recently, or is there another recommended contact/channel for getting renewal paperwork arranged?
I’d appreciate any guidance.
