Cant login to Katalon Studio (The Sign In Button cant be clicked)

Hello. I wanna ask that if i open Katalon Studio, the pop up Login is always open. I always re login because its natural that it got log out with “Acknowledge” button, now i want to login again but the Sign In Button cant be clicked.

I rarely use Login as Github / Google. Thats why i wanna ask why the Sign In cant be clicked since i always do login on inputting email and password.

We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with logging into Katalon Studio.

Can you help us to clarify if:

  • You have inputted your email address & password in the field, but then the Sign in button is still grayed out (cannot be clicked).
  • You weren’t able to input your email address & password in the field, and the Sign in button is also grayed out (cannot be clicked).

Also, can you let us know which version of Katalon Studio you were using at the time, whether you are using the Free or Enterprise version of Studio, etc.

Edited : I am using Free Version. Is there any information that i have to put ?

Can we get the username that you inputted in so that we can double-check internally? In the meantime, we suggest that you install the latest free edition to continue with your work.

I still dont use the latest free edition version. I still want to use 9.0.0, i want to stick on it. For now, i can log in using Via Github, but i still not try using input email and password. Is there any concern on using 9.0.0 version ?

I would also like to provide information that sometimes I am forcibly logged out with messages such as
“this account will be logged out in 5 minutes. Etc etc”

sorry for not contacting long enough. Truthfully, i have not been using Katalon ever since. Dont get me wrong, its not about i don’t like Katalon, but i am not working now. If this problem appears again (and i will prepare screenshot for you), i will soon contact you.

Honestly, i don’t know how to reproduce. This is on Katalon V 9.6.0 Enterprise (Free Trial). It just pop up without knowing any problem.

I downgraded my Katalon to 8.6.9 and its happening again…
Is there any way to solve this ?
5 mins is a bit annoying, exclude my time for relogging.
