Cannot capture data for storetext

using katalon recorder - navigate to a page of data I wish to capture, but cannot find a way to storeText the info - have tried several prompts suggested by GPT, nothing seems to work. Is there any online support or a trusted screenshare type support?

the first thing you need to confirm is the selector, make sure you use correct selector/element value.

That is exactly what I have been doing, but I receive the following message in the log:

[error] Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘getCommandHandler’)

Any assistance gratefully received.

Can you show us how you are trying to use it (i.e. ‘getCommandHandler’)?

Problem solved!! Thanks for contacting. I moved from chrome to alternative browser and issue disappeared.
