[Bug / Glitch] [True Platform] My account suddenly reverted to the old "Katalon Testops" UI while previously already "upgraded" to the new UI

Hi guys, I need help over here.

My account suddenly got reverted to the old Katalon Testops UI.

I can’t remembered exactly what was triggering this issue, but from what I remembered:

  • I tried to “stop” and deleted the old scheduled test execution from the Katalon Testops
  • I was also tried to delete some test suite from new UI (which actually linked to the github, but if I remembered correctly, seems my github token was already expired, so it won’t updated)

Thanks for reminding it. Yes, just now I have escalated via support and it’s worked back again :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:
