Hi @khaidir.kamil @drkhanhvinh @henys, I will need more information from you guys. Did you integrate Katalon Studio with TestOps? Did you already have test results in TestOps but didn’t have them reflected on your dashboard? Any screenshots of test results on TestOps would be great. Thanks.

Same issue with the above, testops count and Visual testing checkpoints count is not updated for more than 5 days for me. I did integrate with TestOps because I can see test case execute in Studio show result in TestOps

test results on testops are showing 163 on dashboard, but it’s still showing 126 in progress

Could you please help me check my data? The certification progress tracking is not updating correctly. The test results on TestOps display 352, but it shows 0 in my certification progress tracking.
Additionally, please help me check the data for “Test run executions on TestOps agents using Katalon Runtime Engine” and “TestCloud Tunnel configuration for executions in a private domain,” as the information displayed in the certification progress does not match what is in the TestOps report.

The number of the test results on dashboard is 415, but my progress is still showing 150 in progress.
