Able to connect mongo client from local but getting timeout while connecting katalon…I am on global protect vpn but there is no IP whitelisting in mongodb. In short it is open for everyone. Also Katalon able to connect to mongo when I am not connected to Global Protect.

Reason:

Welcome to our community. Thank you for sharing your issue. Although you mention the VPN is open for everyone, the error of security and the scenario that you can connect to mongo without VPN, I would like to suggest you whitelisting Katalon domain: Katalon domain and IP whitelist | Katalon Docs and try to test again. Thank you
