Upload file issue (Native Windows) - Not uploading by file path

Hi there, Having issues in automating upload test case.
I have added custom keyword to handle the native window pop-up.So in my test case there are two upload steps (one each for attachment and image). First upload is successful after delay of 4 secs next upload step is run. Issue starts from here, native window pop-up is loaded but just stays there. No upload happens. Any help would be much appreciated.Thanks
